Trine joined NRK in 1996   when the Norwegian Public Broadcaster launched NRK2 in which she was part of the development team.

In 2007 Trine was managing the development process and launch of NRK Super, NRK's Children's channel, publishing on VOD, linear TV, radio and social media.   She has since served as Acquisitions Executive and Executive Producer for the channel until she was appointed Head of Acquisitions and  Dubbing Spring 2017.
