Mike Beale heads up the Global Creative Network and Nordic production at ITV Studios. Mike joined ITV in June 2011 and manages the Nordic businesses in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland and also oversees international development, production and commercialisation of ITV Studios Formats. He looks after the company’s slate of new and established formats, including, The Chase, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, Hell’s Kitchen, Come Dine With Me and new reality hit, Love Island.

Mike has extensive experience working at a range of broadcasters and production companies. Prior to working at ITV, his most recent role was for NBC Universal where he was Vice President of International Production, looking after global production of shows such as Minute to Win it and Real Housewives.
