    The Next: Fame Is at Your Doorstep, The CW, USA

    Pitch: Talent search show on a nationwide search for undiscovered artists on the verge of stardom. Superstar mentors travel to where the talent is, immersing themselves in the lives and towns of these local performers and preparing them for the chance to represent their home city on stage, live, in front of the country.
    Social media buzz: According to the witspottER analytics, the first episode was the second most commented new show of the week in social media in the USA. From its premiere to October 1, the talent show increased its number of Facebook fans by 90% and its numbers of Twitter followers by 286%.

    Vendredi tout est permis (Anything Goes), TF1, France

    Pitch: Humorous entertainment show where a team of comedians and celebrity guests perform mime song, dance, improvisation and play quizzes based on specific challenges –purely for the entertainment of the viewer. These include the “Slide Show”, where the guests act out funny scenes, set inside the “sliding room”, built at an angle of 22.5 degrees, causing our personalities all kinds of drama and confusion.
    Social media buzz: According to the witspottER analytics, the show is a social TV hit. The episode aired on September 28, 2012 gathered a great number of 34,488 tweets the night of its airing.

    I’m Having Their Baby, Oxygen, USA

    Pitch: Docu-reality series that gives an intimate peek into the world of adoption by telling the story of the birth mother and her experience in making this difficult and emotional choice. Each episode follows two pregnant women who have made the choice to place their babies for adoption. Viewers bear witness to, not only the adoption process, but the actual birth and the heart-wrenching final decision that each woman must face.
    Social media buzz: According to the witspottER analytics, the first episode was the third most commented new show of the week in social media in the USA. Over its first week on air the reality series increased its number of Facebook fans by 67% and its numbers of Twitter followers by 67%. Oxygen has commissioned a second series for 2013.
