Amanda Groom is MD of The Bridge, leading Asian / European, UK and US co-production with premier broadcast networks. Amanda has successfully delivered innovative pan Asian / UK / US global co-production models for, amongst others, Scripps Interactive Networks (Cooking Channel and Food Network, EMEA), UKTV and S4C.

Previously Amanda was MD of Channel Health, Sky Network, helming B2B and B2C networks and Head of Content for PCCW/IMG JV NOW. Amanda has worked with SPTI, BBC, Pearson Television, National Geographic Channels, UK, Sky, Channel 9, Network Ten and the ABC in Australia.

Amanda currently serves as a Non Executive Director on FOS, a UK film company. She is a UK / Australian Media-Business Woman of the Year finalist, and is honoured with Friend of Australia status for Digital Media Thought Leadership and has chaired Digital Media Advisory Sessions with the Industry and Parliamentary Trust at UK’s House of Commons.
